How long does it usually take to ship?

All orders are printed on demand. We are excited about your order and even more excited for you to receive it. All orders are printed on demand. This can take up to 14 business days to complete. 

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We can not ship to PO Boxes. You must set delivery to a physical address only. We currently do not ship internationally. 

How do I resolve issues with shipping?

Please contact the courier service. We are not responsible for items once they become a possession of UPS or FedEX. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim.

How long does it take customer service to respond?

Please allow 48 hours for customer service to reply.

What is the exchange Policy?

Please send all exchange requests of equal or lesser value within 30-days of purchase to: 44 W Columbia Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Please include the exchange form located on your packing slip. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.  Little Grad reserves the right to grant or deny any exchange request depending on the individual requests and condition of the garment.

What is the refund policy?

Please note we do not issue refunds.
